Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum to start selling?
One location for the truck, the menu with prices, a device with the POS or the SmartPOS Business app and an open cash register.
Should I test offline before the first event?
Yes. Register the device, switch off Wi-Fi and mobile data, make two test sales, switch back on and check that they synced. Then return the test sales.
Do I need a receipt printer?
No. You can share receipts digitally from the app. A Bluetooth receipt printer helps at busy windows.
Who do I contact if something doesn't work?
Check Troubleshooting first, then contact support through smartposhub.com/contact.
