Frequently asked questions

Can I test before members arrive?

Yes. Add yourself as a member, sell a membership, print your card, scan it at the check-in desk, then cancel the membership and delete the test sale.

What do gyms most often forget?

Changing prebuilt package prices, deciding whether dues block entry, and printing member cards. Without cards, staff have to type names at busy times.

Do I have to import all existing members before opening?

It is best to. Import the member list, then sell each member their current plan with the right start date so expiries and check-ins are right from day one.

Who can help me?
