Frequently asked questions

How do I test online booking?

Open your booking link on a phone, book a service as a test customer, then check it appears in Bookings and cancel it.

What is the most common mistake?

Wash packages with Manage Stock? ticked. The POS then reports them out of stock. Untick it on every package, add-on and the Gratuity product.

Do I need a receipt printer?

It is optional. Many washes e-mail or skip receipts, but a printed ticket helps the crew know which package a car paid for.

Should the crew see prices and sales?

Give crew roles only what they need, such as their own appointments. Edit roles in User Management › Roles.
